What to include in a request
- Your account email address.
- The listing, order, or seller profile involved.
- A short summary of what happened and what you expected.
- Screenshots if the issue is visual, layout-related, or a payment error.
- Any IDs shown on screen, such as listing ID, order ID, or PaymentIntent ID.
Buyer issue path
For buyer questions about checkout, order status, refunds, or a listing that does not match expectations, include the order ID and the listing ID if possible.
Seller issue path
For seller questions about verification, payouts, draft listings, product details, or moderation status, include your seller email and the affected listing ID.
Payment / order issues
If a payment or order issue is involved, include the order ID, payment ID, and any Stripe-related reference shown on the screen. That helps the team trace buyer protection, payout routing, and dispute handling quickly.
Professional verification issues
If you are stuck during verification, include the seller type you selected and a brief description of what step failed. We can help with onboarding and document review.
